We provide remote diagnostic analysis only

We do NOT perform physical repairs

We do NOT guarantee repair outcome if instructions are not followed correctly

 

3. User Responsibility

Provide accurate data

Follow instructions carefully

Use qualified technician when required

 

Incorrect or incomplete data may lead to incorrect diagnosis

 

4. No Warranty / Disclaimer

Service provided “as is”

No guarantee 100% fix

Diagnosis based on provided data

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for:

physical damage

repair errors

downtime losses

financial loss

 

Maximum liability = amount paid for the service

 

6. Payment & Refund

ayment required before service

No refund after analysis started

Exception: service not delivered

 

7. Response Time

Estimated (not guaranteed absolute)

Depends on data quality

 

8. Intellectual Property

All reports belong to Vanchitin

User can use for repair only

Not allowed to resell

 

9. Termination

You can refuse service if:

incomplete data

abusive user

illegal request

 

10. Governing Law

Vietnam law (if you set the base in Vietnam)
or neutral (Singapore if you want an international setup)
